Postage
A single charge of £1.99 will be made on all orders to the UK mainland.
Aany order to the UK mainland ONLY over £30.00 automatically receives FREE DELIVERY. order to the rest of UK mainland please make sure pay £1.99 postage.
However in certain circumstances, it may be applicable for a special quotation to be made i.e. delivery off mainland UK. Where this occurs, herbsensation.net will inform the customer of any additional charges prior to despatching the order. If the increase is not acceptable, the order maybe cancelled and the full amount credited to the customer.
Delivery
Most products are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt from the date of herbsensation.net receiving cleared funds.. In the event of a delay you will receive an email with updated details.
Orders will be delivered between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday-Friday. All Items are Posted and delivered in discreet packaging . All orders must be signed for.
herbsensation.net reserve the right to charge additional costs where incurred for non-deliveries/re-deliveries or where incurred by collections or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Back Orders
Where goods are out of stock and cannot meet the required delivery schedule, the customer will be notified. we will place them on back order for you and email you with the option to cancel your order. If you do not wish to wait, a full refund will be offered.
Return, Lost and Refund
Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept return within 14 day of receipt with NO-ASKING-QUESTIONS. You are responsible to any costs of returning the products.
Refund will be given after the original products is returned. Please note: postage is not refundable.
A certificate of every posting will be obtained, including parcel send by Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail First Class Recorded, Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail International For.
When goods are received from the forwarder or carrier, they are signed for in good condition and are therefore accepted by the customer. If goods are found to be damaged due to carriage, however signed for as in good condition, this may affect your rights for guarantee.
Tax Charges
VAT is applicable to the UK and EEC member states.
For orders made from the UK and EEC the prevailing VAT, currently 15% VAT, will be charged. All other orders are free of VAT.
