Description:
Acute lumbar muscle sprain: the day on sprain, cold compress for 1-2 hours; on the next day, paste on the pain point directly. One paste for 8 hours till relieved. When the pain disappeared, once per day, one paste for 8 hours till full recovery.
Chronic lumbar muscle strain: paste on the pain point or acupoints. Once per day, one paste for 8 hours. One week is one treatment course. Three treatment courses is a treatment stage. After 4 treatment stages, the reoccurrence of lumbago may be controlled.
For lumbar disc protrusion, not only the pain point but also the local focus shown on X-ray film should be chosen to achieve the effect of treating the symptoms and cause at the same time. For the patients received operation or tuina, moxibustion on the local focus may effectively prevent repeated rupture of annular fibrosus and repeated occurrence of the disease.
For chronic lumbago: besides paste on local focus, paste on Weizhong acupoint(UB 40) every night is needed. One paste for 8 hours.

Usage:
External use. Paroxysm period of the pain : directly apply the plaster to the affecxted point (namely Ashiacupoint) , one plaster per 10 hours till feeling no pain . Alleviation period of the pain : To knee joint , apply to one of the acupoints per day , which keeps 10 hours . Apply to Yinling quan acupoint and Yangling quan acupoint in turn ; 6 days is one period of treatment . To elbow joint , app the plaster to one of the acupoints per day , which keeps 10 hours . Apply to Quchi aupoint and Shaohai acupoint in turn ; 6 days is one period of treatment.
